3.3 Order Processing and Shipping

Processing: Orders are carefully processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery Areas: We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. Any additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address may be charged to you.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to be completely delighted. Our Gentle Returns & Exchanges Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

4.1 Return/Exchange Window and Condition

Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

4.2 Process

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our Customer Care at [email protected] within the 15-day window. You will receive a Returns Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns must be sent using a trackable service to the address we provide.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.4 Final Sale Items

For hygiene, safety, and integrity reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect:
